The 2 A.M. "Proposal Tax" is Over: Why I’m Building MARK 1

If you run a service business—whether it’s HVAC, landscaping, or like my Complete Painting Co—you know the "Service Trap." You’re elite at the craft, but you’re getting buried by the paperwork.
You spend all day on the job site, and then you spend your night at a kitchen table trying to "frame" a funding request or a major contract bid. It’s a 2 A.M. grind that most people call "part of the job." I call it a tax on your growth.
I’m currently running three businesses and driving a 2004 Chevy Avalanche with 200,000 miles on it. I don’t have time for "shiny" tech that doesn't produce. I need tools that work as hard as a crew on a deadline.
Most AI is Built by People Who’ve Never Held a Paintbrush
I’ve looked at the "AI" tools out there. Most are built by guys in Silicon Valley who have never managed a crew or worried about a payroll gap. They give you generic "chat" that sounds like a robot. Lenders and high-level clients see right through that.
That’s why I’m building MARK 1: Proposal Automation.
I’m taking the "Estimator Logic" I’ve used for decades and baking it into a system that handles the heavy lifting of proposal creation.
Why MARK 1 is Different:
Built for Service Pros: It understands that in a service business, time is your most expensive overhead.
Logic-Based, Not Fluff-Based: It doesn't just "write"; it structures your deal so lenders and buyers see the value immediately.
Build in Public: My landing page for MARK 1 isn’t even finished. But I’m already seeing over 120 visitors a month to this site. Why would I wait for a "perfect" website to share a tool that can solve your proposal bottleneck today?
Seeking the "Founder’s Batch"
I’m looking for a handful of service-based business owners—the ones who are tired of the laptop grind—to be the first to see what MARK 1 can do.
I’m not interested in being "likable" or "corporate." I’m interested in what’s accurate and what works. If you want a tool built by someone who knows the smell of paint and the pressure of a funding deadline, let’s talk.
Stop wasting your nights on paperwork. If you’re ready to automate your proposals and get back to growing your business, email me directly at cris.completefundingco@gmail.com or text my CFC line at (734) 656-8206.
Let’s get to work.
